Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

0xinsider

v3.0.0

Published

Official 0xinsider CLI and MCP server (the unscoped name for @0xinsider/mcp): Polymarket analytics & infrastructure for sports and esports markets

Readme

0xinsider

Read Polymarket markets, wallets, large trades, picks, and reports from your terminal. The official 0xinsider CLI prints JSON you can pipe into jq and also runs the MCP server.

Install and sign in

Use Node.js 22 or newer. Data commands require an active Pro or Max account. Edge Hunter requires Max.

npm install --global 0xinsider@3
0xinsider --version
0xinsider login
0xinsider whoami --json
0xinsider markets search "basketball" --json | jq '.data'

login prints a verification URL and code. Open the URL, sign in, and approve the requested read and usage scopes. For agents and CI, set OXINSIDER_API_KEY in the environment instead; never pass a key as a command argument. logout revokes only the stored CLI session, not an environment key.

Run npx --yes 0xinsider@3 --help to see commands without a global install or credentials. Stored browser sessions work on macOS and Linux; use environment-key authentication on Windows.

Data commands

0xinsider markets explore --json
0xinsider market snapshot <condition-id> --json
0xinsider market flow <condition-id> --json
0xinsider traders get <wallet> --json
0xinsider traders pnl <wallet> --json
0xinsider leaderboard list --json
0xinsider large-trades list --json
0xinsider positions list --json
0xinsider pick today --json
0xinsider reports daily --json
0xinsider usage --json

Data commands are read-only. JSON is the default; --table prints a single page as tab-separated rows. Lists fetch one page unless you set a finite bound, such as --limit 10 --pages 3. If more data remains, the CLI preserves the cursor and exits 8 rather than claiming the result is complete.

See the CLI guide for filters, shell completions, timeout and retry controls, storage, and exit codes.

Upgrade and compatibility

This package installs @0xinsider/mcp from the compatible 3.x series, starting at 3.0.0. --version reports the installed runtime version; the wrapper has its own version.

  • Already using 0xinsider@1 or 0xinsider@2? The install command above upgrades it in place.
  • Already using @0xinsider/mcp globally? Keep that package, or uninstall it before installing 0xinsider. Both own the same command name; do not install both globally or use --force to overwrite one.
  • Need Node.js 18 or 20? Keep 0xinsider@1 for the older MCP-only runtime. Versions 2 and 3 require Node.js 22+.

Version 3 removes the retired sports signals and observation MCP tools. Use get_edge_hunter for the full Max-only board; the legacy REST routes return HTTP 410 with reason endpoint_retired.

0xinsider init still configures an MCP client. 0xinsider with no arguments and 0xinsider serve still start stdio MCP and use OXINSIDER_API_KEY. The scoped package also retains its 0xinsider-mcp executable. The remote MCP server needs no installation: https://api.0xinsider.com/api/v1/mcp.
