Framework-neutral token package for UIKIT v1.

Scope

• Defines semantic design token names for color, typography, spacing, radius, elevation, z-index, motion, density, semantic tones, and data-series colors.
• Exports Web CSS variables and Tailwind CSS 4 @theme static bindings without depending on React or DOM APIs.
• Provides required semantic utility classes such as bg-app, bg-surface, text-text, border-focus, and bg-code-surface.
• Serves as the only allowed location for hardcoded product color values.

Usage

Use .dark on an owning element for dark theme variables. Use [data-density="compact"] or [data-density="comfortable"] to remap density variables for a subtree.

Phase 1 status

Complete for token definitions, CSS variable output, .dark, reduced motion, density, typography, Lucide-only icon policy evidence, and non-color status signal evidence.

Phase 13 release readiness

Phase 13 complete: the token package participates in UIKIT v1 release readiness with component DoD complete at catalog level, external artifacts complete, package boundary gate passed, React Native readiness preserved through framework-neutral token names, and unresolved confirmations tracked as explicit release blockers outside this package.
