Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Creative agency website template (static HTML)

A black and white portfolio for an agency or production house: screen-wide wordmark, a filterable grid of eight projects, one case study that grows to full screen, services, a storyboard of the process, a studio to rent, the team and contact desks. The site is one HTML file with GSAP, ScrollTrigger and Lenis pulled from a CDN, and it was produced by 8B, an AI website builder.

How to get it

Unpack the published tarball with two commands:

npm pack @8bsite/creative-agency-website-template
tar -xzf 8bsite-creative-agency-website-template-1.0.0.tgz

Look in package/ for the page. From GitHub instead: npx degit 8bsite/creative-agency-website-template studio-site. After an install, the copy in node_modules/@8bsite/creative-agency-website-template/ is read only in spirit; take the files out and work on them in your own folder.

Swapping in your work

With Claude Code, Cursor or Codex, start the session by asking the agent to read AGENTS.md, then supply your projects, clients, services and people. The file lists the classes behind the filter buttons and the scroll scenes, which matters once eight demo projects become your own. No room to hire out? Delete the studio block.
