Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

v0.1.0

Published

Procedural, animation-ready Three.js interpretation of EINTA Industries Sky Defender (天幕).

Readme

@adoin/sky-defender-threejs

Procedural Three.js display model, inspired by the EINTA Industries Sky Defender (天幕) model-kit silhouette. Built from code: primitives, plates, joints, material zones, pivot hierarchy, sockets, collider proxy, and explode controls.

This package is an independent, approximate interpretation. It does not contain manufacturer meshes, product photography, decals, logos, instructions, or CAD data. EINTA Industries and Sky Defender may be trademarks of their respective owners; this package is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Install

npm install three @adoin/sky-defender-threejs
import { createSkyDefender } from '@adoin/sky-defender-threejs';

const model = createSkyDefender({ pose: 'hero', animated: true, scale: 1 });
scene.add(model);

function animate(time: number) {
  model.userData.sculptRuntime.tick(time / 1000);
  renderer.render(scene, camera);
}

Runtime controls

const runtime = model.userData.sculptRuntime;
runtime.setExploded(0.65); // 0 assembled → 1 exploded
runtime.nodes.head.rotation.y = 0.2;
runtime.sockets['socket-wing-left-0'].add(effectMesh);

SkyDefenderRuntime exposes nodes, sockets, colliders, destructionGroups, tick, and setExploded. Named assemblies are: torso, head, backpack, four wings per side, top wing, two arms, and two legs.

Fidelity and source record

Reconstruction input: retail/product photos searched 2026-07-27. Primary view: front-three-quarter; supporting views: frontal dimensions and hero pose. The reference object is an ultra-complex, articulated hard-surface mecha. Observed identity cues: white/violet layered plates, dark mechanical frame, champagne-gold rings, green translucent wing fins, tall split crown, eight swept backpack wings, and blade-like leg armour.

Known approximation: rear detail, underside, exact joint mechanics, decals, and accessory weapons are inferred or omitted. This is not a scan, measurement model, or manufacturing reproduction. Reference images are intentionally excluded from git and npm package.
