Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Firebase Studio MCP Server

This server provides access to Firebase Studio and Google Cloud services through an MCP interface. It allows AI assistants to interact with Firebase projects programmatically.

Installation

# Install from npm
npx @aegntic/firebase-studio-mcp

# Or install globally
npm install -g @aegntic/firebase-studio-mcp

Setup

  1. Run the setup script:

    ./setup.sh

    This will install and configure:

    • Firebase CLI
    • Google Cloud SDK
  2. Start the server:

    npm start
  3. In Claude, add the server using the MCP toolbox:

    https://localhost:3000

  • initializeFirebase: Initialize Firebase Admin SDK with service account

Firebase CLI

  • firebaseCommand: Execute any Firebase CLI command directly
