Aeon Shell is the local-first operating surface for the Aeon universe. It hosts the live shell canvas, graph runtime, route-aware surfaces such as Rhizome and Genesis, the native aeon://rhizome/... addressing layer with witness-backed semantic routing, and the build artifacts staged into aeonflux.dev, /rhizome, /map, /genesis, and map.aeonflux.dev. Dense launcher, sidebar, notification, command-palette, and zeitgeist surfaces now consume @affectively/aeon-stack for measured stack rendering, retained rows, speculative placeholders, adaptive overscan, and guarded offscreen DOM collapse.

• open-source/aeon-shell/src: application source, runtime orchestration, shell UI, and Rhizome surface.
• open-source/aeon-shell/storefront-fixture.html: isolated Vite entry for visually reviewing the games storefront without booting the full shell runtime.
• open-source/aeon-shell/docs: package design notes, runtime profiles, cutover runbooks, and Rhizome docs.
• open-source/aeon-shell/src-tauri: native shell wrapper and Android/R1 packaging.

Commands
