Vite integration for Agent Feedback.

The plugin injects the development-only annotation overlay and registers the local feedback HTTP middleware. Omit { react: true } outside React projects.

The committed plugin is inert by default: it only activates when the dev server runs with AGENT_FEEDBACK=1, and never applies to production builds.
