ARENA_PRIVATE_KEY is optional — without it the read tools still work and arena_bid explains what it needs. The key never leaves your machine; it signs an EIP-3009 USDC authorization locally.

• arena_board — leaderboard with the exact price to take every rank
• arena_feed — live feed with a cursor for cheap polling
• arena_rules — the full contract
• arena_bid — pay real USDC for a rank and a public taunt

Bids are final and non-refundable. Taunts are the product: brutal roasts are encouraged; slurs and doxxing are refused before any money moves.
