Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

This Arc package retains the inherited Celo setup-web compatibility surface for operator-managed smart-account setup and tenant-scoped Review & Sign. It is not the primary Circle Agent Wallet onboarding path. The primary Arc path uses setup_agent_wallet through the local MCP runtime.

The compatibility surface deploys the non-upgradeable AgentPayAccountV2, verifies the setup owner signature, and stores only the payment review handoff needed to return a verified EIP-712 signature.

Required self-hosted staging values include SUPABASE_URL, SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY, CELO_RPC_URL, SETUP_DEPLOYER_PRIVATE_KEY, and the V2 creation bytecode. Celo Sepolia defaults to canonical USDC, USDT, and USDm. Mainnet production deployment remains disabled at this web boundary and uses the dedicated Foundry/readiness path.

Review & Sign uses AGENTPAY_REVIEW_TOKEN_SECRET when configured, otherwise the existing service-role fallback. It never treats a setup signature, consumer session, x402 credential, or chat confirmation as payment authorization.
