@agent-forge/plugin-formatter-linter

Formatter-linter capability plugin for Agent Forge, extracted from the host's src/plugins/formatter-linter (D-075 S2 pilot). It registers a single read-only tool, formatter_linter_check, which asks the host to run an approved lint or formatting check and returns bounded, path-free diagnostics.

The plugin deliberately has no execution engine of its own. It never discovers or invokes a local formatter/linter; the host resolves an opaque execution plan and runs an approved runner. Without a host-bound runner the tool reports an explicit unsupported result.

Install

The package ships two manifests: agent-forge.json (ecosystem manifest for the deterministic plugin resolver) and plugin.json (host-load manifest consumed by loadCapabilityPluginFromManifest, entry ./dist/entry.js).

• createNodeFormatterLinterAdapterV1(options?) — read-only adapter; requires host-injected resolver/runner to produce results, otherwise returns unsupported.
• createDeterministicFormatterLinterAdapterV1(fixtures) — deterministic fixture adapter for tests.
• createFormatterLinterCapabilityFactoryV1(adapter) — registers formatter_linter_check on a CapabilityAPI.
• Default export of dist/entry.js — the precomposed factory used by external plugin loading.
