Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

CLI for Chile's SII (tax authority): authenticated reads of RCV, F29, F22, boletas de honorarios, DTE-authorized, and peticiones administrativas. Each command is a thin call into @albertomarturelo/sii-core tasks (ADR-003).

@albertomarturelo/sii-cli

Command-line interface for Chile's SII (Servicio de Impuestos Internos), for a single user acting on their own RUT plus the empresas they represent. Authenticated reads — RCV, F22, F29, boletas de honorarios (BHE), DTE-authorized (public), peticiones administrativas, whoami — plus a confirm-gated BHE emit. A thin surface over @albertomarturelo/sii-core; all the legal/operational guardrails live in the core.

⚠️ Unofficial. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the SII. Provided "as is" (MIT, no warranty). You are responsible for the SII's terms of service and Chilean law. The account locks after repeated failed logins — never retry after a block.

Install

npm i -g @albertomarturelo/sii-cli
# the browser login needs Chromium once (~100–150 MB):
npx playwright install chromium

Requires Node ≥ 20. Login opens your real browser on the SII page — you type your RUT + Clave there; the password never reaches disk in plaintext (cookies-only, ADR-006).

Usage

sii auth login # browser, cookies-only (--console for a terminal prompt)
sii auth status # who am I / operating as whom
sii peticiones list # administrative requests + their state timeline
sii rcv summary 2026-05 # RCV (compras) summary for a period
sii rcv all 2026-05 # RCV (compras) — every doc type in one flat table
sii f29 overview 2026 # month-by-month IVA position
sii dte authorized 77777777-7 # public consulta — no login
sii bte emit … --confirm <monto> # issue a BHE (defaults to a safe preview)

Output is JSON by default (pipe to jq); add --human for a readable render. The operando como … header goes to STDERR. Full command list, the identity model (operate), and the MCP server are documented in the project README.
