Runtime-agnostic stdio MCP proxy that combines Alfe-managed Xero OAuth credentials with the official @xeroapi/xero-mcp-server tool catalog.

Runtime contract

• xero_list_accounts reports every visible Xero connection and whether its local credential child is ready.
• Every other tool requires an explicit Xero organisation UUID in xeroTenantId; the proxy strips it before forwarding to the child.
• The official child chooses the first organisation available to its token. To prevent accidental cross-organisation actions, this proxy enables a connection only when the token exposes exactly one organisation and that ID matches the selector metadata.
• Token refresh targets the exact Connect accountIdentifier, verifies the refreshed token, and atomically swaps only that organisation's child.
• Child binaries are resolved from the exact installed dependency. Tool catalogs, arguments, results, process lifetimes, and diagnostics are bounded.

An OAuth grant spanning multiple Xero organisations currently appears as unavailable. Reconnect with a grant that exposes one organisation; dedicated multi-organisation selection is a future product flow.

Run

The Alfe integration launches the executable over stdio:

npx -y @alfe.ai/[email protected]

The proxy reads the agent's existing Alfe runtime configuration. It does not accept Xero credentials through command-line arguments.
