自定义组件封装插件，用于阿里低代码引擎。

功能

• 在顶部导航栏添加"封装组件"和"查看组件"按钮
• 选择画布中的组件进行封装保存
• 查看和管理已封装的自定义组件
• 组件数据持久化在 MCP HTTP Server 的 SQLite 数据库（custom_components 表）
