Drop-in live streaming, voice room and 1-to-1 call screens for React Native, built on AppLooma RTC.

Do the one-time native setup from the React Native SDK docs and call initAppLooma() at startup. Then:

Give each screen the whole display. Camera and microphone permissions are requested on Android when the screen joins.

On Android 12 and above also declare BLUETOOTH_CONNECT so Bluetooth headsets work in the screens. Needs @applooma/rtc-react-native 0.5.11 or newer.
