Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

A Claude Code skill that generates branded lightweight pilot/POC proposal documents.

Install

npm install -g @arkone_ai/pilot-proposal

Usage

In any Claude Code session:

/pilot-proposal

What it does

  • Gathers prospect company, product/service being piloted, success criteria, and pilot duration
  • Discovers brand config to apply your company's branding
  • Generates a concise 3-5 page pilot proposal: overview, success criteria table, phased timeline (setup → execution → evaluation), scope, responsibilities, pricing and conversion terms, data & security, next steps, and signature block
  • Keeps it lightweight — not a full SOW, just enough to get a pilot signed
  • Outputs branded PDF via HTML→Puppeteer, PPTX via pptxgenjs, or fallback Markdown
  • Saves to ./pilot-proposal-{prospect-slug}-{date}.pdf
