Edition pin

Import from @arqendev/ph-statutory-benefits or @arqendev/ph-statutory-benefits/2024. Future handbook editions ship as sibling paths (for example /2025).

What this package does not do

• Holiday calendars or proclamations
• Punch / schedule / NSD-window minute math
• SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, or BIR contribution tables
• Policies that pay above the statutory floor
