Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

The seogeo binary, delivered through npm.

npx @asale/seogeo --version

Audit a website for classic search, measure whether the answer engines actually mention it, and read your own server logs to see what their crawlers did — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews.

To install the agent skills as well as the binary:

npx @asale/seogeo install --target npx

What this package contains

A launcher, not a binary. On install it downloads the prebuilt release build for your platform from the GitHub release and verifies it against the published SHA256SUMS. The npm version always matches the release tag it downloads, so @asale/[email protected] can only ever fetch v0.2.0.

If your machine skips lifecycle scripts (--ignore-scripts, some CI sandboxes), the download is retried the first time you run the command.

Platforms: macOS and Linux on x86_64 and aarch64, Windows on x86_64. Linux picks the musl build unless glibc is detected, because musl runs on both.
