Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

@asteby/create-metacore-app

Scaffolder CLI for metacore Vite+React apps.

npm create @asteby/metacore-app my-app
cd my-app
pnpm dev

The generated app depends on:

  • @asteby/metacore-starter-core — providers, hooks, UI primitives.
  • @asteby/metacore-starter-config — shared Vite, TS and Tailwind presets.

Options

npm create @asteby/metacore-app [name] [options]

  -t, --template <name>   template to use (default: "default")
      --no-install        skip dependency install after copy
      --pm <manager>      package manager (pnpm|npm|yarn, default: pnpm)

Templates

  • default — Vite 8, React 19, TanStack Router, Tailwind 4, theme tokens.

Add new templates by dropping a folder under templates/<name>/. Files named _gitignore / _env.example are renamed to .gitignore / .env.example on copy, and {{APP_NAME}} is replaced inside package.json, README.md, index.html, and .env* files.
