Accessible browser presentation and PixiJS stage for Axiom VN.

@axiomvn/presentation
The player-facing half of Axiom VN: the screen lifecycle, the semantic HTML interfaces, and the PixiJS stage.
Dialogue, choices, history, settings, and save slots are real HTML with real roles and names, so screen readers and keyboard operation work because the markup is right rather than because a canvas was annotated. The stage is PixiJS and draws backgrounds, characters, and transitions; it is aria-hidden by design, and it redraws on meaningful state change and active animation rather than at the display's refresh rate, so a static scene costs nothing.
Depends on @axiomvn/core, with pixi.js as a peer dependency the project supplies. It deliberately does not depend on @axiomvn/persistence: a save screen is a list of named slots, so the screen's dependency is on storage rather than on the save format.
A scaffolded project installs this package, mostly for its stylesheet.
