Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Reads your own code, where it already lives, and sends Neural what it found.

npx @bercroft/neural-helper

It asks for an invitation code, which somebody already using Neural makes from Computers. Then point it at your source:

npx @bercroft/neural-helper repo yourproduct ~/src/yourproduct

Leave it running. When a customer reports a fault, it reads your code with the Claude already signed in on that machine and sends back a file, a line and an explanation.

Your source does not leave the machine. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is cloned, and no path from your disk appears in anything it sends.

Requires Node 22.13 or newer and Claude Code, signed in.
