Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

Aeos Plugin Generator

Aeos Plugin Generator lets you generate a new plugin for Aeos using a single prompt.

This repo contains a command-line interface to download the Aeos Plugin Template, and automatically modify the code based on a provided description.

It also provides an Aeos Plugin to enable plugins to be generated directly within Aeos.

What is Aeos?

Aeos is an open-source AI automation platform that harnesses the power of Large Language Models (LLMs) to build and run complex automations.

It's designed to be highly extendible, allowing users to create their own automations, and provide examples of them being called using natural language.

It also supports a robust plugin system which adds capabilities such as computer vision, OCR, image recognition, browser automation, GUI automation, as well as, integrations with many popular applications including Google Sheets, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, Hubspot, AWS and many more.

Installation

This repo provides a CLI, as well as, a plugin which can be installed in Aeos.

The CLI can be installed globally with npm:

npm install -g @bhodgk/aeos-plugin-generator

Alternatively, the plugin can be installed in Aeos using:

aeos install @bhodgk/aeos-plugin-generator

Usage

Before you run, you'll need to provide API keys for OpenAI.

These can be provided using the following env vars:

  • OPENAI_ORG_ID: An OpenAI Organisation token
  • OPENAI_API_KEY: An OpenAI API key

To run aeos-plugin-generator via CLI you can simply run:

aeos-plugin-generator --name="facebook" --prompt="Create a plugin with all the most common Facebook APIs"

Contributing

Contributions to the Aeos project are welcome! Whether it's reporting bugs, discussing improvements and new ideas, or direct contributions via pull requests, we appreciate your help.

See the CONTRIBUTING.md file for more details.
