Installation

No API key needed. Authentication happens automatically on first use.

First use

Run biqblue_init. The server will open a browser window for authentication:

1. Go to the displayed URL (go.biq.blue/device)
2. Enter the verification code
3. Sign in with your Google account
4. Run biqblue_init again — setup completes automatically

Credentials are saved to ~/.biq/mcp-config.json and reused across sessions.

Ask your AI assistant things like:

• "Show me my BigQuery cost breakdown for the last 30 days"
• "Find my most expensive queries and suggest optimizations"
• "Which tables are unused and can be deleted?"
• "Switch datasets to physical billing where it saves money"
• "Detect cost anomalies from last week"
• "Generate a monthly report"
