Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Shared low-level MCP transport for the eight workit operation families (workit_task, workit_policy, workit_evidence, workit_finding, workit_decision, workit_worker, workit_writer, workit_state). Host wiring stays adapter-owned: Cursor and Codex register this server and keep their native surfaces.

Usage

workit-mcp    # stdio MCP server: tools plus workit://context/{kind} resources

Read-only contexts (git, pr, youtrack, github_issue, gitlab_issue, changelog, release, affected) are exposed as resources and need no approval or writer. Mutations are unavailable over caller-unattested MCP by design — they run through each host's attested surface.
