Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

They share the same interface contract with different dependencies.
It's a clear separation of concerns now.

Bridge Client Module

Will connect to a bridge server and forward all local bridge event to it.

Parameters

options: BridgeClientOption (optional) - Optional configuration options for the bridge client. options.logger: Logger (optional) - Optional logger instance to use for logging. options.hub: EventHub (optional) - Optional event hub instance to use for communication. options.ws_client: WebSocket (optional) - Optional WebSocket instance to use for the client connection.

Returns

BridgeClient - An instance of the bridge client.

Throws

Will throw an error if the bridge client is already connected.

Example Usage

const bridgeClient = createBridgeClient();

bridgeClient.connect({ host: "localhost", port: 3000 });

Functions

connect: Connects the bridge client to the provided destination. close: Closes the bridge client connection. logger: The logger instance used for logging. hub: The event hub instance used for communication.
