Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

@c15t/dev-tools: Kernel-first consent debugging

Framework-neutral developer tools for inspecting c15t v3 consent state, resolved policy, location, IAB state, kernel events, and actions.

c15t is used by 2,100+ sites, including expo.dev, zed.dev, unkey.dev, mintlify.com, and sazabi.com.

Prerequisites

  • Node.js 20.19 or later
  • A c15t v3 ConsentKernel
  • A browser DOM

Installation

Framework adapters include this engine, so React, Next.js, Vue, and Svelte applications do not need to install it separately. Install it directly only for the imperative API:

pnpm add -D @c15t/dev-tools

Usage

  1. Create the engine with createDevTools({ kernel })
  2. Call destroy() when the kernel owner unmounts
  3. Use the framework adapter when the kernel is held in framework context
  4. Load DevTools only during development
