Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Core task, job, driver, client, and worker contracts for CadenceMQ.

The v1 API is under active development and is not stable yet.

Overdue schedules

When a schedule is overdue, the worker creates one job for its persisted nextRunAt and atomically advances the cursor to the first cron occurrence strictly after the driver's claim time. Intervening missed ticks are skipped, not replayed or searched for the latest occurrence. Scheduling work does not grow with the number of missed ticks.

Testing a driver

Driver implementations can run the shared high-level behavioral suite from the dedicated test entry point:

The factory must return a fresh, isolated driver for each test. The suite closes each driver when the scenario finishes.
