Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Introduction

Formed in the still architecture of thought, CrowMark carries the weight of language, code, and number shaped by the mind itself. Each glyph was etched to provide the trees of structured information hidden deep inside, a way to perch onto the present. It serves as a quiet instrument for tracing the current of understanding that moves through all expression, a steady transcription of the source that continues to call from within.

Technical Details

CrowMark is a modern monospaced Unicode font covering the use-cases of encoding language, code, math, and normal text too. At the glyph level, it normalizes the symbol sets to keep things minimal and clean, while maintaining a taste of the mystery behind all things. Character coverage includes:

  • Latin characters
  • Latin extended and precomposed forms (for Vietnamese, Yoruba, Pinyin, Turkish, etc.)
  • Combining diacritics
  • Greek basics
  • Mathematical symbols
  • Superscript and subscript glyphs
  • IPA symbols (International Phonetic Alphabet)
  • Arrows and a few miscellaneous technical glyphs
