The engagement integration for Coada client repositories — evidence to the Feature ledger, build and deploy reports to the Coada platform, one package.

Trust is GitHub OIDC end to end — the job needs permissions: id-token: write and zero secrets. Your repository is registered on the Coada side at engagement kickoff; unregistered repositories are refused.
