Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

The S3-compatible implementation of the Concile ObjectStore seam.

This adapter implements the object-storage contract defined by @concile/objectstore against any S3-compatible service — AWS S3, MinIO, Cloudflare R2, and similar. Immutable segment writes use create-only conditional PUTs so a stale writer can never clobber a live object, and the compare-and-swap put maps to server-side If-Match/If-None-Match preconditions, making its CAS safe across processes — the property Concile's multi-node object-storage tier depends on for its commit fence.

This is an internal package of the Concile engine. Most applications should install concile instead.
