Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Promptic is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for prompt quality analysis, history management, and project version tracking. Connect it to Claude Code or any MCP-compatible client.

  • Prompt Analysis — Score prompts across 5 axes: clarity, completeness, specificity, context, and output format
  • Version Tracking — Chain prompt versions (v1 → v2 → v3) and compare diffs
  • History Management — Store, search, filter, and paginate prompt history

Usage

Once connected, use the tools via natural language in Claude:

>> anz  (or >> 분석)        — Analyze the last prompt
>> deep                    — Deep analysis using Claude API
>> re   (or >> v2)         — Re-analyze with improvements
