• classification_level: Classification level (unclassified, CUI, secret, top secret)
• autonomy_level: Autonomy level (human-in-the-loop, human-on-the-loop, human-out-of-the-loop)
• jurisdiction: Operating jurisdiction (US DoD/NATO/UK MoD/etc.)
