插件自动注入以下最佳实践：
- 提交格式：
type(scope): description（feat/fix/docs/chore/test/refactor） - 分支命名：
feat/<name>/fix/<name>/chore/<name> - PR 标题与 commit message 一致
- 冲突解决优先使用 rebase 而非 merge
- CHANGELOG 使用 conventional-changelog 自动生成

需要 Node.js >= 18，并与同版本 @devflow-tools/sdk、DevFlow CLI 配合使用。插件不是独立 HTTP 服务。
