Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

A CLI tool for accessing financial data via SimpleFIN Bridge.

🚀 Installation

npm install -g @dilllxd/simplefin-cli

💡 Quick Start

# Connect with a setup token
simplefin connect --token YOUR_SETUP_TOKEN

# List accounts
simplefin accounts

# View transactions
simplefin transactions

# Get transactions as JSON
simplefin transactions --json

Get a setup token at https://beta-bridge.simplefin.org/my-account/tokens/create


📖 Commands

simplefin connect

Connect to SimpleFIN Bridge using a setup token.

simplefin connect --token <setup-token>

Token can also be provided via SIMPLEFIN_SETUP_TOKEN environment variable.


simplefin disconnect

Remove saved credentials.

simplefin disconnect

simplefin status

Check connection status.

simplefin status

List connected accounts.
