Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

DES-SKILL

npm License: MIT Tests Main Skills Support Skills Learning Skills Stack Skills

  • Thiếu data contract, data quality rule, governance/security

Business → Requirements → Data Product → Source → Domain
→ Architecture → Ingestion → Bronze → Silver → Gold
→ Contract → Transformation → Quality → Orchestration
→ Semantic → Serving → Lineage → Governance
→ Cost/Performance → CI/CD → Evaluation

→ des-dev-task-breakdown
→ des-implementation-plan
→ des-code-review
→ des-release-readiness-review

Phase-by-Phase Validated Delivery

DES-SKILL does not require users to finish all 22 phase artifacts before doing any support work.

The recommended practical workflow is:

Phase Core Skill
    ↓
Initial Phase Artifact
    ↓
Phase Support Plan
    ↓
Run Required Support Skills
    ↓
Evidence Pack
    ↓
Revised Phase Artifact
    ↓
Phase Done Gate
    ↓
Validated Handoff to Next Phase

A phase artifact is not the final deliverable by itself.

It is the execution contract used to activate the support skills needed to complete that phase.

A phase is Done only when:

artifact exists
+ required support work is identified
+ evidence exists or is waived with reason
+ artifact is revised from evidence
+ handoff exists for the next phase

See:

docs/phase-execution-contract.md

for the full phase completion contract.

4. Load only step-01.
5. Scan _des-output/planning-artifacts and _des-output/learning-artifacts.
6. Create or update _des-output/learning-artifacts/des-learning-status.md.

Example — Review Learning Progress

Use DES learning skill: des-learning-review

Objective:

Instructions:
1. Read SOUL.md.
2. Read knowledge/FUNDAMENTALS-MAP.md.
3. Read _des-output/learning-artifacts/des-learning-status.md.
4. Read skills-learning/des-learning-review/SKILL.md.
5. Load only step-01.
6. Summarize progress, weak concepts, gaps, and next actions.

  5. Dừng tại mọi HALT
  6. Tạo hoặc cập nhật artifact
  7. Chạy checklist
  8. Cập nhật workflow status
  9. Đề xuất skill tiếp theo

Code implements approved data artifacts. Code does not replace discovery, requirements, architecture, contracts, or quality design.

9. Trạng thái workflow

DES-SKILL sử dụng file trạng thái trung tâm:

_des-output/implementation-artifacts/des-workflow-status.md
