Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

First-party CloudCompute.ru Provider Plugin for EasyServer.

Readme

@easyai101/easyserver-plugin-cloudcompute

First-party CloudCompute.ru Provider Plugin for EasyServer. It keeps CloudCompute-specific GPU offers, instance creation and API details outside EasyServer core while adapting created machines to EasyServer's shared inventory, SSH and lifecycle contracts.

Install

Install EasyServer and this plugin into the same npm environment:

npm install --global @easyai101/easyserver @easyai101/easyserver-plugin-cloudcompute
easyserver

Then open Settings & Support → Providers → Add installed provider and choose CloudCompute.ru.

For CLI/automation setup:

easyserver plugins add @easyai101/easyserver-plugin-cloudcompute
easyserver plugins credential set @easyai101/easyserver-plugin-cloudcompute api-key --env CLOUDCOMPUTE_API_KEY

Create an API key in CloudCompute.ru API access. The provider uses the public Compute API at https://app.cloudcompute.ru/api/v1 with Bearer authentication.

What the plugin supports

  • CloudCompute GPU offer search with the public /offers filters.
  • Full-catalog TUI offer browsing with automatic pagination, live GPU/count/country pickers, bounded numeric controls derived from the current catalog, and local filtering by location, disk, datacenter, bandwidth, reliability and rental duration.
  • Interactive GPU-instance creation from EasyServer TUI.
  • CLI instance creation using a provider offer, Docker image, runtime, disk and saved SSH keys.
  • EasyServer inventory and instance details.
  • SSH connections through CloudCompute's external SSH host/port mapping.
  • Instance destruction.

The current public CloudCompute Compute API does not document start, stop or restart endpoints. The plugin therefore advertises only instance.destroy instead of depending on private web-panel routes. CloudCompute can add those lifecycle actions later without requiring an EasyServer core change once they become public API.

Documentation

Compatibility

This plugin is installed and versioned independently from EasyServer. Version 0.1.2 requires EasyServer and @easyai101/easyserver-plugin-sdk ^0.2.4 so its TUI can use the public bounded numeric-control contract. The plugin still does not import EasyServer repository internals.

Development

Requires Node.js 24.18.1 and npm 11.16.0.

npm ci
npm run typecheck
npm test
npm pack --dry-run

npm run release:check runs the repository's local release gate. Publishing to npm is a separate explicit release action; the GitHub release workflow requires that the exact package version is already public on npm.
