Installation

Global (User Scope)

Installs skills to ~/.claude/skills/ — available in all projects.

npm install -g @eddiedao/claude-prd-suite

Project Scope

Installs skills to .claude/skills/ in your project — scoped to that repo only.

Workflow

The skills are designed to work as a pipeline:

/create-product-vision → /write-business-prd → /write-technical-prd → /prd-to-issues → /team-auto

1. Product Vision: Define the product strategy, market opportunity, and roadmap
2. Business PRD: Detail user stories, success metrics, and business requirements
3. Technical PRD: Design the architecture, modules, and implementation approach
4. PRD to Issues: Break down into independently-implementable GitHub issues
5. Team Auto: Automatically orchestrate agent teams to implement the issues

CLI Commands

Requirements

• Node.js >= 16
• Claude Code CLI
• GitHub CLI (gh) for issue creation features
• For /team-auto: Agent Teams enabled (CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS=1)
