Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Quick Start

npx @emtai/xray-pro setup

Commands

Setup

xray-pro setup              # Configure with your API key

Guard Mode

xray-pro guard init         # Install pre-commit hooks
xray-pro guard check        # Run guard checks (auto-runs on commit)
xray-pro guard status       # View guard configuration

Local Scanning

xray-pro scan               # Run local Docker-based security scan

CI Integration

xray-pro ci                 # Generate CI config (GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.)
xray-pro ci --write         # Write config to file

Requirements

  • Node.js 18+
  • XRay-Vision Pro or Enterprise subscription
  • Docker (for local scanning)

Get Your API Key

  1. Sign up at https://emtai-xray.emtailabs.com/install
  2. Go to Dashboard → MCP Config
  3. Copy your API key
