Permissions Model

Platform Administrator

• Access to all functions in the system including dangerous and destructive platform actions.

Platform Manager

• Allows access to all platform level data.
• Allows access to all agencies and their organizations as managers.
• Allows access to add users at Manager and lower to platform.
• Allows access to modify and setup integrations.
• Cannot add Administrator users to the platform.
• Does not have access to dangerous or destructive platform actions.

Platform User

• Allows access to non-sensitive platform level data.
• Allows access to all agencies and their organizations as a user.

Agency Manager

• Allows access to all organizations within their agency as managers.
• Allows access to add users at Manager and lower to their agency.
• Cannot add Administrator or Platform level users.
• Allows access to application data including unmasked sensitive PII like SSN.

Agency User

• Allows access to all organizations within their agency as users.
• Allows access to application data with sensitive data masked.
• Cannot add users.

Agency Agent

• Allows access to applications within the agency with sensitive data masked.
• Allows access to all organizations within their agency as observers (read-only).
• Cannot add users.

Organization Manager

• Access to all functions within the organization.
• Allows access to add users at Manager and lower to their organization.
• Can transact and manage non-locked integrations.

Organization User

• Cannot manager integrations.
• Cannot manage users.
• Can view and transact within the organization.

Organization Observer

• Read-only access to all data within the organization.
• Cannot transact or manage integrations.
• Cannot manage users.
