Scan websites for third-party trackers and GDPR compliance.
Installation
npm install -g etalonUsage
# Scan a website
etalon scan https://example.com
# JSON output
etalon scan https://example.com --format json
# SARIF for CI/CD (GitHub Code Scanning)

CI/CD
