Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

@exifer/parse npm

Utitlity to transform exif data into a meaningful human readable format. Not limited to exifer!

Install

$ npm install --save @exifer/parse

This module exposes three module definitions:

  • ES Module: dist/exif-parse.mjs
  • UMD: dist/exif-parse.umd.js
  • CommonJS: dist/exif-parse.js

The script can also be directly included from unpkg.com:

Usage

import { Orientation, Contrast } from '@exifer/parse';

Orientation(8);
// ~> { rotation: 270, flipped: false },

Contrast(1);
// ~> `Soft`

Used directly with exif meta-data reader exifer

Export an object of parsers for most Exif tags. The parser name correspond to the Exif tag name.

If a value cannot be parsed it will be returned as is.
