Icon.TS

@fest-lib/icon — Phosphor ui-icon web component plus OPFS / CSS-registry caches so apps do not hit a CDN per glyph.

Default export is UIPhosphorIcon. Also exposes cache stats, prefetch, and stylesheet rule registration.

Install
