style.ts (@fest-lib/style-lib)

CSS-in-JS for fest: S / css templates, Typed OM, adopted sheets, and WAAPI helpers.

Extends @fest-lib/dom (sheets / handleStyleChange) and @fest-lib/lure (bindWith). Import from @fest-lib/style-lib. fest/lure and fest/dom re-export the public names for existing callers.
