Gantt charts, roadmaps, issue trees and comparison matrices — drawn as shapes, so they arrive in PowerPoint editable.

What it provides

• gantt — A schedule: bars on a time axis, one row per piece of work, with phases, progress, milestone diamonds and a today line. Reach for this whenever the slide answers 'when does what happen'.
• roadmap-lanes — A swimlane roadmap: workstreams down the side, time across the top, labelled blocks snapped to whole periods. Use it when several parallel streams share one calendar; use folienbaukasten.compass/gantt when the dates are exact.
• roadmap-horizons — Now / Next / Later as columns of cards, with no time axis. The honest roadmap for work that is real but not yet dated — reach for it instead of inventing quarters to fill a grid.
• issue-tree — An issue tree: one question split into the sub-questions that answer it, and those split again. Grows left-to-right (the working shape) or top-down (the presenting shape). Reach for it whenever the slide has to show that a decomposition is exhaustive.
• feature-matrix — A comparison matrix: options across the top, criteria down the side, Harvey balls and figures in the cells, and the recommended column tinted end to end. The slide that ends an argument — a build-vs-buy, a vendor shortlist, a feature comparison.

Installing

Open Extensions → Browse in Folienbaukasten and search for it. This package is the delivery vehicle: it carries a prebuilt .fbkset, and the app extracts and installs that. It is not a Node module — do not npm install it into a project.

Compatibility

Built for platform ABI 1. An app that speaks a different ABI refuses it at install and says so; if that happens, update the app, or ask the publisher for a build that matches.
