Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Mog CLI

A native spreadsheet CLI, scripted with the Office.js Excel API.

npm install -g @fundamental-research-labs/mog@1
mog --help
mog -i input.xlsx -f script.js -o output.xlsx

This package only launches the Rust executable for your OS and CPU. Optional platform packages contain the native binaries; keep optional dependencies enabled. Node.js 22+ is required for the launcher. No Node bindings, SDK, or install scripts are included. JavaScript scripts execute inside Mog's embedded QuickJS runtime.

Use Excel.run, context.workbook, load, and context.sync() to work with spreadsheets. Office.js support is incomplete; 1.0 does not imply full Excel compatibility.
