The HIV-Trace Viewer is a Galaxy visualization plugin for interactive exploration of transmission networks inferred by HIV-TRACE. It renders graph-based results directly inside Galaxy, allowing users to examine connected components, cluster sizes, and metadata-linked attributes.

Installation
