Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Installation

npm install --save @garywenneker/spnitro

Summary

SPNitro is an Angular 2 module which has a Components to interact with the SharePoint REST service to access and update SharePoint data, using the REST and OData web protocol standards. SPNitro helps you run functions asynchronously, and use their return values when they are done processing. This package contains type definitions for SharePoint-Nitro (https://github.com/GaryWenneker/spNitro).

Building

In order to build the TypeScript compiler, ensure that you have Git and Node.js installed.

Clone a copy of the repo:

git clone https://github.com/GaryWenneker/spNitro

Change to the TypeScript directory:

cd TypeScript

Install Gulp tools and dev dependencies:

npm install -g gulp
npm install

Use one of the following to build and test:

gulp              # Builds the output.
gulp serve        # provides the SharePoint workbench for testing the web part.
