Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Produces a fully structured SOP: title, purpose, scope, roles & responsibilities table, numbered procedure steps with owners, exception handling, related documents, and version history. Ready for Confluence, Notion, or Google Docs.

/vendor-evaluation

Builds a weighted criteria scorecard, a 1–5 rubric with anchors, a side-by-side comparison matrix, and a written recommendation with next steps. Works for software, services, suppliers, or any third-party relationship.

/budget-request

Drafts a finance-ready memo: executive summary, problem statement, cost breakdown table, ROI with assumptions, risk of not funding, and a specific ask with approval timeline. Persuasive and defensible.

/process-audit

Maps the current-state process, identifies bottlenecks and waste using lean principles (delays, rework, handoff failures, over-processing, unclear ownership), and delivers a prioritized improvement table with effort/impact ratings.
