Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

Mobile Wallet mdoc Builder

Overview

A TypeScript library for building mdoc (ISO 18013-5) documents for use with GOV.UK Wallet. It provides a type-safe API for constructing and encoding mdoc-based credentials.

Tech stack

Built with TypeScript and Node.js, published as a dual-format (ESM and CJS) npm package.

Prerequisites

Set up locally

Install

nvm use
npm install

Lint and format

npm run lint
npm run format

Type check

npm run typecheck

Build

npm run build

Contributing

This project uses pre-commit to enforce code quality and validate commit messages against Conventional Commits standards. Non-conforming messages will be rejected.

Ensure your branch is up to date and all hooks pass before opening a pull request. Avoid using the git --no-verify flag to skip these checks unless absolutely necessary.
