Optimize Toolset

I’ve always been into building performant and accessible sites, but lately I’ve been taking it extremely seriously. So much so that I’ve been building a tool to help me optimize and monitor the sites that I build to make sure that I’m making an attempt to offer the best experience to those who visit them. If you’re into performant, accessible and SEO friendly sites, you might like it too! You can check it out at Optimize Toolset.

About

Hi, 👋, I’m Ryan Hefner  and I built this site for me, and you! The goal of this site was to provide an easy way for me to check the stats on my npm packages, both for prioritizing issues and updates, and to give me a little kick in the pants to keep up on stuff.

As I was building it, I realized that I was actually using the tool to build the tool, and figured I might as well put this out there and hopefully others will find it to be a fast and useful way to search and browse npm packages as I have.

If you’re interested in other things I’m working on, follow me on Twitter or check out the open source projects I’ve been publishing on GitHub.

I am also working on a Twitter bot for this site to tweet the most popular, newest, random packages from npm. Please follow that account now and it will start sending out packages soon–ish.

Open Software & Tools

This site wouldn’t be possible without the immense generosity and tireless efforts from the people who make contributions to the world and share their work via open source initiatives. Thank you 🙏

Core utilities for Graph-IR validation, generation, and transformation

@graph-ir/core

Private 0.2.3 candidate

This checkout packages GraphIR Core as a private 0.2.3 candidate for Coral 0.2.8. It is not tagged or published. Install the verified graph-ir-core-0.2.3.tgz archive from the candidate artifact set; do not substitute the published 0.2.2 package with different bytes. The server also requires the candidate Core archive when resolving its exact 0.2.3 dependency.

The released GraphIR 3/2 provenance remains unchanged. Reviewed GraphIR 4 successor exports remain a separately identified candidate contract. The source release branch includes the latest Coral parser compatibility work. Existing 0.2.2 registry commands below describe the preceding published release; they do not install this private candidate.

Canonical Graph-IR types, JSON Schema validation, ID generation, output formatters, and testing utilities.

Installation

npm install @graph-ir/core

Usage

import { validateIR, PrettyFormatter } from '@graph-ir/core';

const result = validateIR(graphIR, { strict: true });
console.log(new PrettyFormatter().format(result));

The GraphIR document schema and npm package have independent versions. This package release is 0.2.2; its authored schema is 3.0.0.

Schema 3.0 adds portable notation profiles, structured classifier and relationship-end semantics, and explicit interaction identities and order. Positions and dimensions remain authored exact geometry; generated routes and measured/computed geometry belong in a separate layout result.

This is a coordinated pre-1.0 breaking release. Use migrateGraphIR2To3 for the named, validated schema-2-to-3 transition. The existing migrateIR API remains the conservative 1.x-to-2 boundary, where ambiguous geometry requires an explicit loss policy.

The schema is available through the @graph-ir/core/schema export.
