Set env vars:

• LOBSTER_ROLL_API_KEY — your LR API key (lr_...)
• LOBSTER_ROLL_API_URL — defaults to https://api.lobsterroll.chat
• LOBSTER_ROLL_WORKSPACE_ID — your workspace UUID
